1. The Service

ImageNovaAI is an AI image generation, editing, and enhancement platform that orchestrates third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the availability or output quality of a particular provider or model.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Credits and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe.
• Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
• Credit top-ups are one-time purchases and do not expire unless stated otherwise.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, hateful, violent, or non-consensual harmful content. This includes sexual content involving minors and harmful impersonation or deepfakes. We may suspend violating accounts and report unlawful activity where required.

5. Ownership and Output Rights

Rights in AI-generated output may depend on the underlying provider terms. Where permitted, paid plans include a license for commercial use. We do not warrant that output is free from third-party intellectual-property claims.

6. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of uploaded images and grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit them solely to provide the Service, including processing by third-party AI providers.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageNovaAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
