• Content you upload: images and prompts submitted for processing.
• Usage data: generation history, credit usage, and interactions with the Service.
• Billing information: processed directly by Stripe; we do not store full payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process AI requests, manage billing, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account.

3. Sharing with Third-Party AI Providers

To generate results, uploaded images and prompts may be transmitted to integrated AI model providers. They process the content to return a result and operate under their own data-handling terms.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• Original uploads and generated results are retained while your account is active.
• You may request deletion of assets, projects, or your account.
• Deletion removes related files and metadata from our systems within 30 days.
• Some records may be retained where required for legal, billing, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Images are stored in access-controlled cloud storage. We use encryption in transit and at rest and do not make private assets publicly accessible.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. With your consent, analytics stores random first-party visitor and session identifiers and measures page paths, device category, traffic-source category, two-letter country code, hostname-only referral source, and optional UTM source and campaign. We do not retain a full referrer URL, raw IP address, user-agent string, or browser fingerprint in these analytics events. You may reject optional analytics from the consent banner.
