AI generation incurs immediate, non-recoverable compute costs, so our refund policy is more limited than a typical software subscription.
1. Free Trial
Every new account receives one complete free generation. Please use it to evaluate output quality before subscribing.
2. Subscriptions
- You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
- Credits charged for a generation that fails because of our system or provider are automatically returned.
3. Credit Top-ups
Credit top-up purchases are final once credits are added, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Failed Generations
If a task fails because of a system or provider error, charged credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days. Requests are reviewed individually.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before starting a bank chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved more quickly by our support team.
